Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations received two weeks or more in advance of the camp start date will incur a $25 cancellation fee per camper, per camp. Please email cancellation requests to [email protected].
- We are not able to give refunds for cancellations without two weeks notice unless there is a medical reason your child cannot attend, documented by a doctor's note and received at least two days in advance of the camp start date. In such cases, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
- If notice of cancellation is given less than two weeks in advance of the camp start date, you may opt to transfer your child's registration fee to another camp, only if there is space available in a camp later in summer 2015. Transfers incur a $25 fee per camper, plus or minus any difference between the fee paid for the original camp and the fee that is current at the time the transfer is made to the new camp.
- We are not able to give refunds for missed camp days.
- If camp is cancelled due to severe weather, a pro-rated refund will be given for all cancelled days.
- Notice of cancellation due to low enrollment will be provided at least 30 days in advance of the camp start date.

Notes on Drop off and Pick up:
Please make sure to get your child to camp by 9:15am every morning, when our program starts!
Drop off begins at 9am. Pick up between 2:45-3pm.
A typical day at a camp...
Each day we start with circle groups, led by our youth counselors, parent volunteers and church staff. Circle groups are a time and place for the kids to make close connections within a small group, playing games and learning more about one another and the subject of that week's camp.
After circle groups, the whole camp gathers together for a fun and participatory worship and a nutricious snack. Then there is an all-camper activity, followed by lunch and a story.
The afternoon is a time for free play and choice activities. Campers might walk to Bryant Square Park splash in the wading pool, weather permitting, or have a dance party in the Social Hall. Snack is served each afternoon.
Each day ends with a closing circle group, giving the kids a chance to reconnect with their small group and say goodbye until tomorrow!
Take a peek at our nutricious, delicious snacks!
